    "I have a 60hp sovereign gale "I have a 60hp sovereign gale outboard motor. When I took it out this year it will not go forward, but will go in reverse. If I turn the prop by hand sometimes we could get it to go forward. Does anyone know why it is doing this and how I can fix it!Model#60DG14BL...
