    Yanmar 3gm30f fuel control

    hi i have rebuilt this e hi i have rebuilt this engine and have it running a bit too well. i have no speed control and engine shut off does not work. my uncle thinks the fuel punp needs to be shimmed higher off the cam. any suggestions would be great. thanks mark
