    2008 Honda 150 ran great a few months ago. Pulled it out recently and tried to take it out on the water put fresh fuel in it would start right up and runs perfect at low speed. Then it would start to cut out and sputter over 3000 RPMs. Cleaned and replaced fuel filters and cleaned out water...
