    How to open Carburetors 1994 Force 120 Outboard

    Hey all, So a while back I bought a 1994 Bayliner Capri and i’ve been having issues getting it started. Today, I found out it is because the carburetors aren’t opening. Is there anything I can do to get them open in Neutral so it will start?
