    OMC System Check Tachometer Options

    I have a Faria 3" that has the system check lights and a dial indicator tachometer. It is shot out, the system check works but the dial doesn't budge and it's getting 4.5V at the brown wire. What are the options for replacing it other than Sierra or Faria? An all LED readout (revolutions in led)...

    Johnson 175 Ficht runs only with key turned to start

    1997 Model E175GLEUE. It starts and runs great, as long as you hold the key in the start position. I checked the key switch, it is not grounding out in the run position. The stator ohms (power coils) are within spec between the orange and orange/black (55 ohms) and it is not shorted to ground...
