    Removing tiller handle 2012 Merc 15hp 2 stroke

    There are 2 metric bolts that secure tiller handle to motor chassis. One on mine has broke. The bolt head broke off but the bolt shaft is still in the handle and so handle is wobbly.     2015 15hp mercury 2 stroke stalls

    Ran fine last year. This year, starts and idles and will even go forward very slowly but as soon as give throttle it stalls. Any ideas? Thanks
