    Fuel Problem

    Hi this is my first time on a forum I"ll try to get the hang of it. I have a mercury 60 efi. It will only start when I bypass the fuel demand valve. I installed a new valve and it still isn't getting fuel. Any suggestions on how to fix this? It's s a byliner e16.
