    1984 50 hp mercury carb. kit

    I am having a problem with the motor not starting but once it does start it runs just fine. The bulb when i squeeze it does not firm up totally and every time i shut the motor off i need to do the whole process over again. If I have someone turn the key while i squeeze the bulb it helps. but...
