    motor idles high

    On my 92 Force 70hp outboard, engine idles about 900 rpm. After giving it a little throttle up to about 1500 rpm throttle back down and idle stays up at around 1300 rmp. I noticed the tower shaft doesn't go back to idle position all the way. Any ideas guys?

    remove lower unit and notice this

    Just noticed I have a broken boot on wire on second plug. Do I need to replace just that coil? or all 3?

    92 force 70hp throttle valve ???

    My 70 hp outboard runs fine at start up and trolling for a while. Then I shut it down and it won't start, only way to start it is remove cowel and manually move the throttle valve then it starts right up. By the way I'm hoping im saying the right thing(throttle valve). I'm thinking it is a choke...
