    1977 35 hp Evinrude gives shock

    I have a 1977 35 hp Evinrude..electric start, console. When the motor is running, if you touch the motor, you get a shock. I have looked for loose wires/bad wires and do not see anything. I am using a keyed controller/shifter I just got that plugs into the motor as it did not have one of those...
