    Replaced impeller on long shaft (25"). Upon reattaching lower unit unable to shift from neutral to fwd or reverse. When removing lower unit had move shift lever in reverse to access bolt. Tried to re-adjust position of shift rod that goes into lower unit. Cannot get lower unit into neutral...
