    07" Volvo Penta 5.7L IAC on throttle body buzzing when Battery power turned on

    First post! I have been lurking and like what I see here, thank you everyone for your help When I turn the battery on the IAC on the throttle body makes a buzzing sound for a second then stops. This is with the key out of the ignition so technically the engine should not be getting power right...
