    Carb cleaned twice and still having issues

    So I've cleaned the carburetor out twice in 2 weeks. Once I clean it the outboard starts and runs great. After sitting for a few hours it will not start. It turns over but just will not start. Any ideas? My other issue is from what I've been reading you can throttle the engine when starting it...
