    The "beeping" stopped

    I have a 2001 I/O Ebbtide (runabout) with a Volvo Penta 5.0. On the engine when I turn key on, is a "bell" in the engine compartment beeps twice verifying the engine checks out and is ready... The "beeping" stopped working last year.. I hear a low growling sound. Boat runs great no other...
