    Quick question today

    I just put a new throttle cable and new shift cable in my boat the engine is a 70 hp. Mercury outboard. Now at the control i put it in Forward position and it goes reverse. And reverse goes Forward. Anyone have suggestions please and thanks. Roger

    1978 70hp outboard wiring issue

    I have a 1978 70 horse Merc outboard the wiring harness coming off the engine is a flat square plug. My boat has a round wiring harness from the boat. Is it possible to mack this work ? Any help would be greatly appreciated thanx. Rogee

    Mercury 80hp. 1971

    So I'm having a hard time with this lower unit. I guess my question is do I want the control unit all the way forward when trying to get this lined up? Thanx Roger

    1971 Mercury 800 / lower unit

    I had someone put a new water pump in my mercury 80 hp well they didn't put it in forward position before taking off the lower unit. Well now I can't get it back in. What do I need to do in order to get it back in properly PLEASE HELP THANX ROGER

    Can anyone tell me if my switch box is bad. Will I still get spark at the spark plugs?Thanx Roger
