    90hp 2 stroke, starts ok, idles 12-1500rpm, no power above 2000rpm WOT

    I have a problem which has been recuring intermittently and now permanently. The engine starts normally and idles at about 1200 rpm. I does not come back to normal idle for a long time if at all. If I open the throttle in gear the max I can get out of it is 2200-2500rpm. I have pulled the carbs...
