    Hello everyone!! I own a 1964 Evinrude Lightwin Motor. When the motor runs, the motor begins to fluctuate. I have had work done to the carburetor, the coils, condensers and the points all worked on. The carburetor has been rebuilt with new parts but nothing seems to work. I hope someone can help...
