    20hp Merc purchased --battery thoughts

    Why do you need a large heavy 12volt marine battery for a motor with 333 cc? looking at personal water craft and motorcycle batteries they are a lot smaller in size and weight, but kick over larger cc motors then this 20hp Merc. No other electrical using things on this boat.
