    1989 johnson 120 runs 2500rpm at full throttle

    I have rebuilt the carbs. When I have rebuilt the carbs. When I took it out it ran great for about 10 min. then it died. After restarting it would not get above 2500 rpms. The tell tale has a great stream. I am replacing the impeller and would like to know the purpose of the impeller housing...
