    Outboard trim not working - please help

    2014 5.7 Mercruiser, Bravo 3 - I have 2 questions: (1) trim is stuck in 100% down position, how do I diagnose the problem? (2) will it hurt anything if I go boating with the trim in this position? I am an amateur mechanic, never had this problem, any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Correct Belt Tension
