    Fuel pressure issue

    2002 350 mag mpi key on engine off gauge reads 10 psi cycle key a second time builds up to 20 psi on the third time hits 30 psi. Should be 30 on the first try, boat has a hesitation or miss trying to get on plane once it is on plane it runs fine. Any ideas?
