    Mercury 7.5 hp running hot.

    Hi, I have a 1978 7.5 hp mercury it starts and runs fine, there is good pressure of water out of the tell tail but the water feels very hot to the touch. As I am not familiar with this type of motor would this be the normal ? It just feels very hot to me and I am afraid to run it for to long...
