    Johnson 9.9 dieing at full throttle

    Hello, I am new to this forum but I have read a lot of threads. I have a 1986 Johnson 9.9 with a 15 hp kit. I put a new carb kit and cleaned the carb. The motor is still very hard to start but after it runs it starts easy the whole time after. It will not run a full throttle but idles perfect...
