    Wont spin unless I hit it

    I have a minn kota endura 55lb When I turn it on it won’t spin unless I give the motor a hit on the side. I dis have a bad gasket and took on water. Replaced brushes and gaskets. I am positive the connections are good. Could it it be from corrosion on armature?
