    Reinstalling rope starter for an evinrude 4hp outboard

    I have dis-assembled motor ca I have dis-assembled motor casing and found screw holding rope pulley had backed out letting rope starter to jam above pulley. Have corrected that but nowI need guidance on re-assemling. This is an evinrude 4hp model E4RCEC outboard
