    Propeller removal

    Hello, My question is so easy I cannot find the answer anywhere... I have a 6hp 1996 Evinrude- Propeller has a "cone" through which a cotter pin passes. Cotter pin removed, cone will not come off, spins but doesn't appear threaded. How does this come off? Seriously, this is got to be...
