    82 Merc 40hp Carb issues

    Just inherited a '86 Alumacraft with a '82 Mercury 40 that sat up for 8 years. I cleaned the carb, and was able to get it to idle fine and rev, but when I put her in the water today, and went to put it in gear, as soon as I throttled forward, it choked out. There is also fuel leaking steadily...
