    2000 Honda BF30A ruff idle

    I recently clean my 3 carbs on my 30 hp because it had been sitting a while but now that I got it going it idles super ruff and about shakes the boat apart. I thought maybe a dead cylinder so I cranked it and started pulling plug wires off. I can pull cyl 1 (top) or cyl 3 (bottom) wires off...
