    How to hook up a portable tank to a fuel/water separator correctly?

    hi i have a 17ft freeport skiff boat and i think i have gunk and water in my tank.I dont want to use the tank and i want to use a portable tank until i could get the other tank cleaned out.How do i hook up the portable tank threw the separator ? do i need a primer ball on the portable tank line...
