    Early 90's 25hp outboard

    Engine starts and runs fine up to about 90percent throttle and then begins skipping as if there was a rev limiter. Cdi box is new. Tried different flywheel and trigger, retarded timing and with all this it's still not right. Any ideas or similar experience?
