    Year from serial number

    Sorry for another serial number question, but I am trying to determine the year on my 50HP Merc outboard. Serial number is 0T085912. Below it says 2000 50ELPT 4S. I assume this means it is a 2000, but in the lower right corner there is a square with a 99 in it. Do I have a 99 or 2000 model...
