    Tilt dust cover replacement on 2000 Honda 115

    Hello all, I'm planning on replacing the tilt o-rings etc. on my 2000 115 Honda. Is it possible to replace the dust cover/o-ring that inserts in to the top of the cap? Can the cap be removed from the piston? Thanks to all in advance for any in put!
