    2006 Monterey 180FS with Volvo Penta 190 HP Last season, before any boating occurred, and boat had sat for months, boat wouldn't start. I found that the fuel pump was not pumping. I removed it, and after sitting on workbench overnight, it eventually pumped. We boated all season and it worked...
