    Mariner 200 Magnum EFI Excess Oil

    We took our Lund out 2 weeks ago for the first time this year. It runs well at higher RPM but smokes more than usual at idle and slower speeds. We notice excess oil on the outside of the cowling and down the shaft as though it is loading too much oil. Can you give me an idea of what may be wrong?

    1996 Mariner 200hp Magnum EFI

    I took our Lund out for the first time this year 2 weeks ago. I noticed that the Mariner 200 seemed to be smoking more than usual. It runs well at higher RPMs but at idle it smokes and I have noticed excess oil on the outside of the cowling and down the shaft after we pull it out of the water...
