    1985 Evinrude 2 hp. Hasn't been run in 20+ years

    This engine got very little use originally, and then sat for the last 23 or so yrs. I changed the plug and the gas, but that's it. It won't start. Any advice for a newbie? I did not drain the gas out of the line, should I start there. Any advice would be appreciated! I understand the gas lever...
