    2000 Honda 40 hp 4 stroke, no rpm

    I have a 40 hp on a Lund Boat, it will not rev correctly. Hit the throttle it goes between 3500 and maybe 4000 rpm, no more. We can play with the manual choke and it will rev over 5k but not tot the full potential. I did remove the carbs, they looked very clean did not see any obvious...
