    What are the wires running on top of the fuel tank?

    I'm looking to change out the fuel lines on my fuel tank. Do I need to disconnect the battery when I do this since the fuel tank sending wires are right there? Are these just grounding wires or is there a hot wire also that could cause an explosion if gas from the removed line gets on them?

    Anyone know if they make these for an old Volvo penta dpa drive? It's a 1-1/4" hose fitting that connects from the drive to the engine. Not the one that the s shaped hose connects to its the one inside the boat.

    Engine mount lag bolts not holding after being repaired.

    So I'm pissed. I had a shop fix my engine mount lag bolts by pouring epoxy with hardner into the holes and drilling them out. Well the fix didn't last. After one boat trip they're loose again.
