    3.0 rough idle until operating temp

    I have a 86 wellcraft 192 American that I picked up at the beginning of this year. The carb was rebuilt recently, but there is still an issue with idling from a cold start. When I first start it, I have to give it gas and let it get up to operating temperature (200F) before I can bring it back...
