    1985 Mariner 8M outboard 6g1-s-021392 running issueO

    Hello, my outboard ran well a couple of weeks ago, but this last week the plugs were fouled with water. Once replaced the motor starts but will not continue running with out the choke engaged. Does this sound like a bad diaphragm or clogged jet? Thanks.
