    Minn Kota won't change gears

    I have a Minn kota model 35. I believe it's a 1994 JE from the schematic I found. It runs but it won't shift. And from the schematic It looks like all the pieces are there though on the shaft goin into the motors there are little hole divits in the metal shaft and a hole in the black but not...
