    Try disconnecting the oil tank sensor and see if the problem goes away. If it's still going off there may be a sensor for the oil pump also. Also try disconnecting the temp sender too. .

    Could be it's overheating at higher rpm. Try disconnecting the temp sensor and see if alarm stops at that higher rpm.

    Start with the carbs. Clean them up good. If you have access to a sonic cleaner that would be good for them.. what's the compression of the cylinders?
