    Yes, bright yellow TYGON if its in good shape.....if its wet, it means the diaphragm in the fuel pump is leaking and needs attention. The tube is there to route that fuel that leaks back to the carb...

    the 'dash end' would connect to the switch, gauges, and warning horn system.

    The stuff that's in there now is decades old....that's why I'd suggest replacement. Change it out now and you shouldn't...

    The Merc standard harness is a round 10-pin entity and the Crusader harness is a rectangular 8-pin unit.

    If the 91 engines' harnesses are in decent shape, I'd suggest it would be more cost...

    Whatever you buy, make sure it is marine rated (SAE J1171 sticker on it).

    depends upon which version/configuration you have.....when I worked in the shop, we put the full flow under the riser and the restricted flow under the elbow....on the RWC systems....

    If you take the time, you can dial in its calibration and get best efficiency as they rarely come 'dialed in'....
