    Well----1 fuel tank is about 40 lbs.-----The 2 batteries are much more.----I think you need a 5m boat.

    Really-----I see a yellow and a grey /yellow coming from the stator.-----And I see a yellow and a gray / yellow stripe going to the rectifier.-----Red ( 12 volts DC ) going to the battery to keep it...

    I think a complete evaluation should be done on this motor before you mount it on a boat.

    Step #1 is drain gear oil in the lower unit.-----It appears to there is a crack visible in gearcase.-----But I could be wrong there.----More pictures of lower gearcase ?
