    Have you changed your fuel filters and how old is the gas? I would douse the tank with sea foam and see if that helps.

    The bottom picture shows what i have now and going with what is said I think I am going to try the new style. I know with the old style its ussualy a 30 minute job unless I run into some other issue....

    And always use new bolts. I learned this the hard way when I had two old ones break when I was reinstalling my exhaust. I assume the combination of heat and vibration over time weakens them.
