I have a 91 250 outboard TXRP. Went to go out yesterday and it wont start, cranks fine, batteries are new, has spark, enrichment pump is running, use the manual valve and same, squirt a little brake...

we have spark,got it started by using the red lever (thanks ) it will start with the keyswitch, it has 4 volts at the trim switch and the enrichment pump, also now the down side of the trim is inop...
