The motor runs GREAT up to 3800-3900 and then the alarm starts.
It's NOT overheating, I used a heat gun and checked the temps on each cylinder.

I use a small propane torch to remove the stuck drain plugs.
You can't get it hot enough to do any damage.

Idle should be about 1000 in N and 800 in gear.
They sell an item called "Tiny Tach" bolt on tachometer.
