Adding trim/tilt to 70 hp lohnson

I have a 1981 70 hp johnson that I wish to add trim/tilt to. I have A 1991 200 hp johnson parts motor that has a good trim unit. Is it possible to install entire 1991 "swivlel" unit onto the 70 hp?
Both are 20" shafts and all that I can find that they have in common is that the "swivel arm" is the
same diameter on both. Swivel arms and swivel brackets have different PN's.\
(For clarification; I want to swap everything that swivels from 200 hp to 70 hp.)

The trim and tilt unit fits most of those motors from the late 70's to the 90's.----In other words the trim and tilt unit from the 200 may fit directly onto the 70 hp motor.
