Yamaha 1989 30HP,no spark at #2 & 3 cylinder

I purchased an '89 yamaha 30LF outboard not running. I was told the CDI Box needed replacing, I found a known good box and still had the same problem. I did check the 2 and 3 solinoid with the #1 wire coming from the cdi and had spark on both cylinders. What next? Any help apriciated.

Test the trigger the same way (you said solenoid but will assume you meant coils) - take the #1 trigger feed and hook it to #2 and then #3 - if the spark moves around, replace the trigger - if nothing changes, replace the stator (if you are positive the box is good)...
