"I was given this motor and was told it had been tuned w/ new fuel pump/ etc, and motor ran at that time but motor sat up for a while and now will not run.Need a starting point. Is there a web site where I can down load a service manual for this motor?"

The engine, been sitting awhile, would have as fouled carburetor. Remove, clean, and rebuild it with a complete carb kit.

THe kit may be available on this site, your local dealship, NAPA, Sierra, etc."
