Omc tilt issues

Good evening I recently began having what seemed like tilt motor issue, installed on tilt motor and solenoids clicked still, replaced them they clicked a couple times now getting nothing from switch to solenoids, took clutch apart cleaned them not sure where to start, is the a fuse between dash and motor, what else would cause it not to activate up or down

Ayuh,...... Start at the battery, 'n work yer way through the system, cleanin' the connections to the trim motor,......
